We believe that every child deserves a bright future. We work with homeless, impoverished, and vulnerable children in Mali, where we provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children to thrive in.
Our program is a comprehensive approach to child development, including shelter, healthcare, education, and nutrition. We believe that by investing in the well-being of children, we can help them reach their full potential.

The Bamako Children’s Home and Zorokoro Children’s Complex currently house 33 children. We are constructing a library, computer lab, school, dining hall, sports complex, and more, at the Complex, with a goal of housing 100 children.
education
We provide industry-best curriculum for the children attending our school in Zorokoro, tailored to meet both Mali and US educational standards. Our school serves the children in our care and other vulnerable children from surrounding villages.
healthcare
ACFA provides children with everything they need for their physical and mental health, including required vaccinations, a healthy diet, and well-rounded activities, by partnering with doctors and nonprofits like Doctors Without Borders.
nutrition & Sustainability
Our staff prepares daily healthy meals for our children, as guided by nutritionists we work with. We use vegetables we grow at Zorokoro Children’s Complex and use the opportunity to teach children about farming and sustainability.

ACFA takes vulnerable children exposed to hunger, drugs, prostitution, robbery and criminal activities off the streets and gives them a home with caring staff, food, health care, education and much more. ACFA wants to see these children through an upbringing that will lead them to become self-sufficient, able to support their own families, and to become positive contributors to Mali's economic and social development.
